Medical and Scientific Advisory Board

Dr. Jim Woodgett is Director of Research of the Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Cancer Biomarker Network. Dr. Woodgett initiated the first DNA microarray fabrication facility in Canada at the University Health Network, which remains one of the largest such facilities in the world. He is internationally recognized for his co-discoveries of PKB/Akt and SAPK/JNKs and is the leading authority on the functions of GSK-3.
